How many days does my rental cover?
Every dress is rented out for one day only, unless otherwise agreed.
The dress can be collected the day of/before and returned the day of/ after use.
Can a dress be used for Maternity Shoots?
Absolutely!! Our dresses are perfect for the growing bump, and will make any expecting mom feel fabulous in front of the camera, as they capture such special memories.
Absolutely! Simply add “Additional Dress” to your purchases.
Of course, you can add additional days in your shopping cart. Go to product “Extend Rental Duration” and add the quantity (days required). Days are charged as additional dress rentals. If you a photographer, contact us and we can discuss your requirement.
Can I take the dresses off Island?
Please contact us if this is your intention and we can talk about our “Destination Package” as rentals are based on one day usage.
Yes, if you find a dress you simply must own, please contact us and we can happily discuss this with you.
We understand with our beautiful beaches some photographers would like some water shots, so most of our dresses can be used. Please however do check with us first, as some are prone to damage, which we do not want. Please read T’s & C’s for more info on what happens if you damage a dress.
Almost every dress can fit 3 different sized woman amazingly, explaining why you’ll see the same dress in different size categories. We have created a size guide just so you can get a bit of an indication of the differences in size, view our “Dress size guide” under Homepage for more assistance, but remember the dresses are designed that they do not require any amendments.
What happens if I try on a dress and it just doesn’t fit as I’d hoped?
Remember the dresses are not form-fitting and may be a little bigger for you, but they still work as intended for the photo shoot. Have a look at our size chart, gives a clear indication of how small a difference every size is.
If you are concerned about this, please book a fitting with us and we can put your fears at ease.

My photo shoot was cancelled, can I get a refund?
If it is cancelled more than 5 business days in advance, you can change the booking date. Alternatively we can issue you with a gift card to use within 3 months, but unfortunately we do not issue refunds.
Our dresses don’t require alteration for wear. We also don’t allow any of our dresses to be altered for any reason. They are designed to be bold, dramatic and flowing with fabric to create amazing photos.
Our dresses are all designed and made exclusively by the talented designer in South Africa. If you are interested in a custom dress, contact us and we can see how we can make this possible for you.
We love to use our clients’ pictures on our social media platforms as this best showcases our dresses. So please do send us the photo’s you’d like us to share or tag us in your post :-). Every post means so much to us.
We will also be using pictures, tags and posts to run competitions in the future.
Please note that agreeing to our terms and conditions gives us permission to use your photos, but we do love it more if you send them to us/tag us and let us know how much you loved the dress.
